Ibis keeps older adults healthier and independent
For individuals living with chronic illnesses, it can be a daily struggle to manage multiple medications, keep on top of their blood pressure or get health advice when they need it.
The Ibis Health program is offered at no-extra cost to Medicare Part B members with secondary coverage. Members receive one-to-one monthly support, round-the-clock monitoring and instant health alerts.
Conditions we support include COPD, diabetes, heart failure, arthritis, hypertension, kidney disease, high cholesterol, depression, and anxiety disorders.
Ibis coordinates with member's primary care doctors and specialists to keep them well and as independent as possible.
