My Advocate Really Understands My Needs and Always Calls Me Back

“I wasn’t feeling well last week when my advocate called me.  She asked me how I was doing and I told her the truth, that I really wasn’t doing well at all.  ‘When did you last eat?’ she asked.  The truth was I hadn’t eaten in a while because I was feeling weak and nauseous.


My advocate encouraged me to eat something and also to call my doctor to explain my symptoms.  Turns out a new prescription was making me feel sick so my doctor made an adjustment and I feel so much better.  I’m glad my advocate gave me that encouragement.”
